1 After a jury trial, Michael Dixon was convicted of theft of a means of transportation, a class three felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class six felony. The trial court sentenced him to concurrent, presumptive prison terms of 3.5 years and one year. On appeal, Dixon challenges only his conviction for theft of a means of transportation and the trial courts order that he pay restitution to the victims. We affirm.
